Located 2 miles from the town of South Lake Tahoe this 1700 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo is found in a private gated condominium complex. Pinewild has it's own private 1/2 mile sandy beach, with a  pier and private buoy field.

This condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. It can sleep 8 comfortably and all the renter needs to bring is a toothbrush. In the summer months a shade structure can be found permanently down on the beach for our unit and in winter the streets and sidewalks are efficiently plowed immediately after snowfall making access easy.

The unit rents for $225-$325/night depending on season, 7th night is free with a weeks rental. Cleaning fee is $135 and is paid upfront with a $250 deposit. All is refundable up to 60 days before reserved period starts. After that 50% is refundable until 30 days prior, at which time fees can only be refunded if unit can be rerented.
